The following privacy policy covers the personal data processing activities undertaken by Dailsley Limited trading as AEDGENCY Ireland. (“Klikir”) by means of its website www.klikir.com and its affiliate program. This policy is subject to the terms and conditions which govern the website and the agreement with the affiliate (the “Affiliate”) who shall agree to its conditions in order to proceed with any of the services provided through it (the “Services”).

In accordance with applicable privacy and personal data protection law, Klikir hereby informs the Affiliate of the following:

• All data provided by the Affiliate when registering for or using any of the Services will be included in a database controlled by Klikir. Such database is registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Save where expressly indicated, all data requests for the relevant service or feature described in the website are mandatory. Furthermore, all data submitted by the Affiliate must be accurate and up to date, particularly contact information for notifications and information related to payment processing which can be done through the Account Information page in the website. If not all such data is provided or if such data is not accurate and up to date, Klikir may decide not to allow the Affiliate access to the Services or any part thereof and may suspend payments to Affiliate until such information is provided or corrected.
• The data collected by Klikir will be processed for the purpose of providing the Services and running the Affiliate programs and managing the relevant campaigns. The Affiliate hereby consents to the processing of his or her data for these purposes, and for the communication to the Affiliate via email of news, new activities or services and other commercial information that Klikir considers appropriate. Additionally, Klikir may use the data collected for sending commercial communications from third party companies that may be of the Affiliate’s interest and which will be clearly identified in the relevant commercial communications. Klikir will process all the data and will send the communications to the Affiliate and will not transfer the data to any third party, except when required legally. Nevertheless, Klikir may use third parties which will undertake some processing activities under the strict instructions and principles set out in this policy.
• Klikir guarantees that it will apply the legally required security measures in order to keep Affiliate data strictly confidential and will only use the data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
• In accordance with the provisions of applicable personal data protection laws, the User can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in relation to the Affiliate’s data by making the relevant request through the Account Information page or in writing to Klikir. Moreover, the Affiliate may unsubscribe to commercial communications received from Klikir by following the instructions included in each communication sent.
• Klikir reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy without a specific notice to the Affiliate. Klikir will publish any changes or amendments on its website and encourages the Affiliate to check the current Privacy Policy from time to time. If Klikir provides and applies any particular privacy conditions for any specific content, product and/or service, these will prevail in case of conflict between them and this Privacy Policy.

In accordance with the provisions set out above, the Affiliate hereby authorises Klikir to process and expressly consents to the processing of the Affiliate’s personal data for the purposes indicated, as well as for the facilities and functions whatsoever included within the Services.
